The National Air and Radiation Indicators Project (NARIP) is a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) and the Florida Center for Public Management (FCPM) to develop a national set of air and radiation indicators that can be used by the states, tribes, Regions, and nongovernmental entities to describe the environmental conditions and trends.
NARIP and the indicators developed are the first phase of a larger project, the State and Tribal Air and Radiation Planning Project (STARPP), to assist states and tribes in improving air and radiation planning activities.
