The State Environmental Goals and Indicators Project (SEGIP) is a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Center for Public Management to assist state environmental agencies in improving their environmental management capabilities by providing procedural, technical and limited financial assistance in the development and use of environmental goals and indicators. The Project acts as a clearinghouse for public sector environmental indicator practitioners at different governmental levels.
